Pam Price is the President and CEO.
On direction from the Board of Directors, Pam is responsible for the overall functioning of the organization and for legal and financial affairs. Pam was the first employee of the foundation and keeps track of our history, while also planning for the future. Every Voice in Action believes everyone has innate gifts, and Pam enjoys refining the workplace environment and policies to allow for those innate gifts to shine. |
| Chris Kochmann is the Office Manager.
She handles human resources, payroll, accounts payable, and day-to-day management of our facility. This is the first non-profit organization Chris has worked for and her first exposure to volunteerism. Seeing first-hand the positive influence this work has on the community has made an impact on Chris’ life. She has worked as a tutor in Tucson’s Reading Seed children’s literacy program as well as in other volunteer capacities. |

Edward Mercurio-Sakwa is the Program Director
’s degree in Marketing from the University of Arizona and a Masters in Business Administration from James Madison University in Virginia. He has served as the Executive Director of several small nonprofits including domestic violence shelters. A graduate of Tucson’s Cholla High School, Ed is married and has two young sons. |
| Marie Fordney is the Program Manager. She monitors grants administration and coordination, works with our youth philanthropy programs, and coordinates our Youth Voice Advocacy efforts. She also manages the website. Marie has a Master's degree in Hispanic Literature and has nearly 10 years of experience in teaching and facilitation. She is married with three children, one girl and two boys. |

Leigh Havins is the part-time Administrative Assistant. She assists with management of the office and coordinates conference room reservations as well as providing any needed support to program activities. Leigh graduated in 2004 from University High School in Tucson, and is currently a student at Eller College at the University of Arizona, where she plans to attain her MBA. |
