Every Voice in Action’s mission is to ignite and support youth voice, infusing the community with the unique perspectives of young people. Specifically, our goals are to:

• Encourage and support youth voice from all youth – with special emphasis on the majority of youth who are not currently engaged in voicing their opinions and ideas at a community level

• Increase the number of youth in decision-making roles

Our vision is that the skills, opportunities and support necessary for authentic voice are readily available to all young people. The results will be more effective decisions related to community issues and youth services, and youth will realize that they have the ability to tangibly impact society.
